MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Shima!

My journey in the beauty industry started over 5 years ago. From a young age I had always had the dream to start my own beauty business. Even on my first day of my corporate career I remember thinking “I won't be here for long!”

I have always been obsessed with all things beauty, and the idea of being able to do something I love every day and truly enjoy it, while still having the flexibility to choose my own hours and be present with my children every day was a dream come true for me.

Once I truly realised the power and difference a beautiful set of brows can make in framing your natural beauty I decided that I wanted to become a fairy brow mother full time and that inspired me to open my own salon and make my childhood dream a reality!

Being a perfectionist I'm committed to providing not only the highest quality and most up to date techniques for my clients, but creating a relaxing and safe space for clients to unwind, and recharge. Because of this commitment to my clients and craft, I’ve spent years training with world renowned experts in the industry across all things brows - from brow styling services, to cosmetic tattoo and am currently a 7x certified brow tattoo artist.

Since then, I have built a salon that not only brings the Melbourne area luxurious cosmetic tattoo and brow services, but also elite education and training for aspiring artists wanting to enter the industry or current industry artists looking up-skill and learn the Lashima way.

I am so honoured to help other women create their own empires in the industry and become leaders in their space.

Throughout my experience with brows I have realised that for some it can be truly life changing as I’ve had clients appreciate the confidence it has given back to them. I am grateful that I get to meet beautiful humans and be part of their brow transformations!
